Cooking Class for Women pregnant an/or parenting school-aged children. Childcare (Bilingual) provided.
Facilitated by Registered Dietician and Group Leader. Activities will include planning, cooking, serving, and sharing the prepared meals together. One class will focus on healthy snacks for children. |
